How long does shipping take for high-value components?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For sensitive electronics, we use reinforced packaging and provide real-time tracking to ensure your order arrives safely.
What is your return policy for opened devices?
We offer a 30-day return window. If the device has been opened, it must be returned with all original packaging, cables, and manuals. A small restocking fee may apply to items that are not in 'like-new' condition.
Are your products compatible with international power standards?
